Rosalie Lillian Cullen

Rosalie Cullen

Rosalie was a daughter of a banker who lived quite well in a Great Depression. Her parents wanted to be in a higher social circle and wanted to use Rosalie's looks to do so. Rosalie didn't mind though and it made her happy that her parents thought she was pretty. As she grew older her looks increased. Her parents loved to buy her clothes and her friends would envy her. With all the attention it made her self-absorbed and shallow. At eighteen she was considered the prettiest girl in Rochester, and possibly New York. Rosalie envied no one except her friend Vera. Vera had a husband and a baby boy named Henry. Rosalie longed for a husband and a baby of her own. She soon caught the eye of Royce King II, the son of the richest man in Rochester. This is what she wanted. Her parents were thrilled and made wedding plans soon after. One night, a week before the wedding, Rosalie was walking home when she saw Royce and his friends drunk. She never saw him drunk and didn't know of the dark side he held. Soon she was left for dead on the street. Carlisle found her and transformed her. One of the first things she did was to go after Royce and his friends saving Royce for last because she wanted him to suffer. She tortured them one by one, but was repulsed to have their blood in her. Rosalie was still sad to think of her dreams of having a baby were gone. Two years later, while in  Tennessee she found Emmet about to be finished off by a bear. She reminded her of Vera's son for some reason and saved him from the bear. She felt selfish for having him turned but when it was over he didn't see her as selfish and they both fell in love with each other. And marry every ten years or so.

Esme Cullen

Esme grew up on a family farm and didn't act the way a teenager should have in that time. One day she broke her leg falling out of a tree and since her doctor was away had to get a new one. Her doctor was Carlisle Cullen. She never mentioned to anyone but she had a crush on him and even though he left she remembered him. As her friends were getting married she was the only one who didn't wed. She asked her father if she could become a school teacher but he said she had to be married. A family friend named Charles Evenson wanted her hand in marriage and to make her father happy married him quickly. After awhile she found that he had two sides. He would physically abuse her and asked her parents for help but said to be a good wife and keep quite. He left to fight in World War one which brought great relieve to her. When he came back in 1919 it was a nightmare. Soon after his return she became pregnant. The baby was her way to leave. She fled to a cousins house until he learned were she was a left. She then went to Ashland, Wisconsin where she pretended to we a war widow. She built a life for her and her unborn baby, which she became to love more than her own life. Two days after her son was born he died of lung fever. She was so devastated she felt like she had nothing and jumped off a cliff outside of town. She regained consciousness in excruciating pain. Esme was amazed to see Carlisle again and wasn't sure if she was in heaven or hell. Carlisle explained what he had done to save her life. Esme took it better than he had expected.  It had it's challenges to face and sometimes she couldn't resist the human blood. She married Carlisle and felt like a mother to Edward and the rest when they joined.

His father was always gone on business so Edward had a strong relationship with his mom. World War one was there for most of his life and he dreamed of the day he could enlist to join it. His mother would pray every night that it would end before his 18th birthday. Awhile before his birthday the Spanish influenza hit Chicago. All of Edwards family got sick from it and were dying. She convinced him to do what he been thinking about for a long time, to create a partner. That night he took Edward and changed him. He was the first to discover his ability to read minds. After his transformation he and Carlisle bonded and thought of him like a father. Ten years later Esme joined the coven after trying to comet suicide. She and Carlisle got married and are still a couple. Edward grew to think of her as his mother. After a decade with them he was angry with Carlisle  changing him into a vampire and went of to hunt like most, drinking human blood. He used his gift to read people's mind and see who were killers and criminals. But after awhile he couldn't do it any more and went back to Carlisle and Esme in 1931. They were worried he was lonely years later.Carlisle brought Rosalie into the family next hoping she would be a couple with Edward. But Edward could hear her thoughts and thought of her as shallow. Carlisle Cullen

Carlisle Cullen

Carlisle Cullen was born around 1640. During his birth his mother died making his father his only family. He lived in London, England. His father was a crusader against evil. He led hunts trying to find monsters such as werewolves, vampires, and witches. Many innocent people died because of him. When he grew to old the hunts were then in charge of his only son, Carlisle. He was more persistent than his father and found real vampires in the sewers of London. He gathered people help and destroy them. When they emerged Carlisle was attacked and bitten. Knowing that the people of the town would destroy anything poisoned from a vampire, he was quick to hide. He then spent three day in pain but made no noise. When his transformation was over he knew what had happened and hated himself. He tried to kill himself by falling from great heights, drowning himself, and when non of these worked he decided to starve himself. He went to the most remote locations. Then as a herd of elk were passing by he discovered that he didn't need to hunt people, but could survive on animal blood. He spent years and years educating himself when he found he wanted to help people. Then he had to practice over centuries to perfect his control and became a doctor. While studying as a doctor in Italy around the 1700's he was discovered by the Volturi. They were ancient vampires who controlled the vampire world. He spent about ten years with them when he decided to go to America and find vampires like himself. As years went on he became more and more lonely. That is when he had the thought of creating a partner and spent years thinking about it. A woman named Elizabeth Masen begged him to help her son. She said he could only save him. That's when he decided to do it. He watched her dying son sick from the Spanish influenza. When he bit him and his transformation was over he was surprised to find that he could read minds. Over time he added more to his coven. First Esme, then Rosalie, and then finally Emmet. Later two more vampires joined his coven named Alice and Jasper.

Maine Coon Cats
My new kitty

A Maine Coon also known as the American longhair is one of the oldest breeds of cat in north America. This cat is mainly native to Maine. Males can weigh up to 25 pounds while girls can weigh up to 15 pounds. They are solid and muscular and is adapted to cold weather by having long hair.
There are only therories and folktale on there origins. One says it all started by Marie Antoinette the queen of France executed in 1793. It says before she died she had a plan to escape France. She had help from Captain Samuel Clough. She loaded all her prize possessions on Clough's ship including four of her cats. Although she didn't make it to the USA, her cats did.

Abu Simbel Temples

Abu Simbel Temples
Panorama Abu Simbel crop.jpg

These ancient temples are located in southern Egypt. It is believed that they were built between the years of 1264BC and finished in the year of 1244BC.
They were created to impress Egypt's southern neighbor's and to reinforce the statues of Egyptian religion.
Later when they were abandoned by the 6th century they were already barried in sand. They wernt discovered until 1813 when Swiss orientologists Jean-Louis Burckhardt found the top od the building. He told an Italian explorer who managed to dig out the entrance after two attempts in 1817. When he got in he stole anything he thought would be worth something.

Great pyramid of Giza

The Great Pyramid of Giza

The Great Pyramid of Giza is the oldest and largest pyramid in Egypt. It is also the oldest and best built of the seven wonders of the world. It is 481ft tall and was the tallest man made statue for at least 3,800 years. It was constructed in the years of 2560-2540 BC and took twenty years to complete. It consists of an estimated guess of 2.3 million lime stones, 8,000 tons of granite, and 500,000 tons of mortar. Many people can only have theories on how and why it was built. One says it took at least 20,000 men in two groups to complete it. It was supposedly built as a tomb for the Egyptian Pharaoh Khufu.
